Your primary responsibility will be to meet the end-to-end banking needs of your customers, delivering win-win solutions that benefit both them and our organization.

You'll do this by:

  • Developing an expert understanding of your customers' current and future goals, designing solutions that meet their needs, objectives, and interests.
  • Educating and supporting customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to navigate our platforms effectively.
  • Guiding customers through personalized lending solutions, exploring tailored personal loans and credit card options to help them achieve their goals.
  • Building connections with customers, colleagues, and the broader community, fostering strong relationships and a sense of belonging.
  • Staying up-to-date with constant change, embracing new technologies and innovations to drive business growth and improve customer outcomes.

This is a permanent, full-time position located in Koo Wee Rup.
