About Corporate Finance

Our team provides world-class global solutions to partner with corporate, government and institutional customers. Our business brings together experts from various fields to deliver a full range of debt structuring, funding solutions, research, trading and custodial services.

  • Assist in relationship management of large corporate and institutional customers.
  • Analyse and interpret complex financial data to provide appropriate recommendations.
  • Support in structuring and execution of transactions, including preparing credit submissions and employing financial modelling where required.
  • Actively participate in deal teams and support the deal process.
  • Develop an ongoing awareness and understanding of market risk, industry knowledge and risk appetite.
  • Contribute to development and implementation of programming solutions for problems faced by the business.
  • Provide technical, analytical, administrative and direct client support.
  • Deliver innovative funding solutions and access points to global capital markets.
  • Offer custody, master custody, investment administration and other related services to clients.
  • Analyse data to derive valuable insights and perform market analysis.
  • Collaborate with industry specialists on strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
  • Work closely with Banking Specialists in delivering transactional support and solutions.
