Job Overview
Key Responsibilities- Lead your team and participate in daily grounds and maintenance tasks.
- Incidental maintenance repairs in rooms, grounds, amenities, and other facilities.
- Assist with building projects, major repairs, renovations, mechanical repairs—painting, basic plumbing, or replacing hardware.
- A level of fitness is required to meet the physical demands of this role, as are a resilient and can-do attitude.
- Minimum of 3 years related experience in hospitality maintenance role or a relevant field.
- Well-developed interpersonal and people management skills, including ability to interact with and influence people at all levels.
- Demonstrated skills and experience in repairing and maintaining buildings, plant, and equipment.
- Proven time management skills with ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Tertiary or vocational qualification in relevant field, or progress towards (desired).
- Working at heights licence (desired).
- Working in confined spaces licence (desired).
