We are seeking a skilled Hotel Room Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms to a high standard, paying attention to every detail.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve excellent results and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain housekeeping trolleys and ensure they are well-stocked and organized.
  • Use cleaning materials safely and efficiently.
  • Respect guest privacy and security.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a cleaner or room attendant is an advantage.
  • You must be warm and welcoming in your communication style.
  • You should have a keen eye for detail and be able to manage your time effectively.
  • You may need to navigate between rooms using internal and external staircases and open pathways.
  • You must be able to work collaboratively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
  • Reliable transportation is required, as well as availability to work various shifts including weekends and public holidays.
