We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Claims and Injury Manager to join our team at ISS Administrative Services Pty Ltd. As a Claims and Injury Manager, you will be responsible for managing workers' compensation claims and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Claims Management: Receive and process workers' compensation claims and associated documentation in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Injury Management: End-to-end management of claims, including early intervention, injury management, return to work planning, and implementation.
- Return to Work: Facilitate the return to work of injured employees, including processing timesheets for partial return to work.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reporting to management on claims activity and effectiveness of services providers.
- Team Support: Support ISS staff in managing and increasing awareness of workers' compensation and return to work responsibilities and accountabilities within the business.
- Qualifications: SA RTW Coordinator Certification
- Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in workers' compensation and injury management
- Skills: Understanding of medical terminology, strong communication and interpersonal skills
