Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled senior ServiceNow developer to join our team, responsible for solutioning, development and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop advanced platform enhancements that improve functionality and user experience, ensuring long-term maintainability.
  • Design reusable, scalable ServiceNow components and establish frameworks and coding standards to enhance overall engineering efficiency.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other engineers, offering guidance on design decisions, coding standards and professional development.
  • Improve platform health by ensuring reliability, resilience and efficiency.
  • Take ownership of complex incidents and issues, providing expert-level troubleshooting and timely resolution to minimize business disruption.
  • Monitor the health and security status of instances and take necessary actions.
  • Work closely with IT teams, stakeholders and ServiceNow professionals to align solutions with organizational goals.
  • Identify opportunities to automate tasks and improve development efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform, including ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Application Developer certifications. They will also possess excellent communication skills, stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.
