A highly respected commercial law firm is seeking a senior attorney to lead their Wills/Estates team. As a valued member of the team, you will have the autonomy to service high-net-worth clients and advise on a full spectrum of wills, trusts, and estate planning matters.

About the Role

  • Advising high-net-worth clients on wills, trusts, and estate planning matters
  • Representing clients in probate and estate administration proceedings
  • Developing and implementing estate plans for clients
  • Collaborating with other attorneys and professionals to provide comprehensive legal services

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Admission as a lawyer in NSW
  • Minimum of 6 years of post-admission experience practicing in wills/estates law
  • Strong Microsoft Office and legal software skills
  • Excellent time prioritization, people, and leadership skills
  • Results-focused and proactive approach
  • Strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
