About the Role:

AFL Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Wills and Estates Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join our client's team. As a valued member of the specialist Wills/Estates Law team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior lawyers and assisting with a range of tasks related to wills, estates, and succession law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior lawyers, including preparing and typing legal documents, conducting research, and managing client files.
  • Assist with day-to-day client file management, including liaising with clients, barristers, and solicitors.
  • Prepare briefs to barristers and assist with diary management.
  • Undertake legal research and conduct ASIC, property, and probate searches.
  • Assist with bills and invoices, and engage in ad hoc projects and general administration.
