Overview

As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day activities of the restaurant and lead your team to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the restaurant's operational efficiency, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and effectively.
  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve high levels of sales and profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar leadership role in the hospitality or QSR industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing teams, driving sales growth, and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a focus on achieving results-oriented goals.
  • A degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field (desired).
