Job Title

We are seeking a visionary leader to helm our National Security team.

  • Manage a diverse range of projects across various sectors, including aviation, transport infrastructure, defence, and healthcare.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and innovation within the security discipline.
  • Lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a technical authority for the security team, ensuring knowledge sharing and development among team members.
  • Win and deliver projects or business results, driving excellence in client service and project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in managing major projects in a security capacity.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of the consulting services market.
