About this Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced centre director to lead, inspire, and drive team performance at our campus. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organisation and delivering exceptional early learning experiences for children and families.

As Centre Director, you will be responsible for managing the operations of the campus, focusing on five key pillars: People, Quality, Growth, Safety, and Financial Performance. You will also have the opportunity to participate in our Centre Director Training Program, which aims to empower leaders with the skills, knowledge, and tools needed to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of educators and support staff
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve quality, growth, safety, and financial performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance leadership skills and knowledge
