Campus Security Leader

Seeking a seasoned security professional to drive strategic development and delivery of campus security services across our multi-site operations.

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive security strategies aligned with University goals and objectives.
  • Lead a diverse team of security professionals, fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including students, staff, senior executives, and external agencies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic leadership in security service delivery, encompassing risk management, emergency response, and crisis mitigation.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive security practices and effective incident response.
  • Development and implementation of innovative security solutions to enhance student and staff safety.
  • Maintenance of current security licenses, qualifications, and certifications required for the role.
