About This Position:

An exciting opportunity has emerged for a strong leader to take on the role of Centre Director at our Coogee Beach campus. Our dedicated team of Educators and passionate leaders are eager to welcome a new Centre Director.

OAC Coogee Beach Campus:

We are a beautiful, purpose-built Early Learning campus designed to create a warm, welcoming and engaging environment for children, families and Educators. The campus caters for 55 children.

Centre Director Opportunity:

You will be joining us at an exciting time, as we have just rolled out our Centre Director Training Program. This initiative supports our leaders in becoming effective Campus Managers, empowering them with the tools, mentorship, and autonomy to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the operations of the campus with a focus on five key pillars: People, Quality, Growth, Safety and Performance.
  • Lead a team of Educators and support staff to provide high-quality education and care to children.
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of our children and families.
  • Foster positive relationships with parents and the wider community.
