ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Presales Solution Consultant to lead the sales cycle with deep-dive knowledge of our Strategic Portfolio Management Solution. This role requires expertise in presenting solutions to varied audiences and hands-on technical knowledge to position and demonstrate the value of Strategic Portfolio Management on our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales cycle with in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow's Strategic Portfolio Management Solution, including Application Portfolio Management (APM), Project Portfolio Management (PPM), and Agile Management Solutions.
  • Develop programs to enable solution consultants, solutions sales, and account teams to position and demonstrate the value of Strategic Portfolio Management on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, workshops, respond to RFx requests, demonstrations, and conduct proof of value and concepts for customers.
  • Contribute to sales campaigns focused on SPM by providing product and industry insight.
  • Collaborate and align with product management and development team members to enhance ServiceNow products with new capabilities that address customer needs.
  • Contribute to and maintain a showcase of SPM solutions created on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Stay current on competitive analysis and understand how to best position ServiceNow Suite to ensure we keep ahead of opportunities, obstacles, and challenges.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience with Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Agile solution providers, Agile, or SAFe expertise.
  • Understanding of the PPM market and Strategic Portfolio Management.
  • Experience with Application Portfolio Management solutions, including ServiceNow and other vendor solutions.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and self-directed and independent.
  • Ability to architect and effectively communicate and sell solutions to business challenges.
  • Ability to forge strong business relationships and connect with both C-level execs at customers and individuals in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • Experiences from working with agile processes and solutions.
  • Exhibit prior and current technical expertise in web technology and the ability to learn new technologies.
