Professional Summary:

The ideal candidate for this role will be a creative and highly skilled email marketing professional with expertise in DTC ecommerce.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute high-performing email campaigns, including launches, reminders, narratives, and restocks.
  • Maintain the brand's unique tone of voice, which is characterized by elegance, romance, cinema, French-infused language, and minimalist-luxury aesthetics.
  • Utilize Klaviyo's campaign builder to design and deploy campaigns.
  • Create advanced flows, such as welcome series, abandoned cart reminders, post-purchase follow-ups, back-in-stock notifications, cross-sell recommendations, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate on content calendars and launch planning to ensure cohesive messaging and impactful results.
  • Craft engaging subject lines, preview text, and CTAs that drive conversions.
  • Optimize list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance metrics to continually improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze key metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, deliverability, and iterate campaigns based on insights.
  • Leverage a custom AI writing assistant and contribute to prompt bank development to enhance creative output.
  • Maintain a comprehensive campaign archive and internal documentation for tracking and repurposing.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in email marketing for DTC ecommerce.
  • Proven success with fashion, beauty, or luxury lifestyle brands.
  • Demonstrated copywriting skills with a focus on narrative and brand voice.
  • Experience with bilingual tone execution, with proficiency in English and ability to incorporate French (a plus).
  • Advanced expertise in Klaviyo, including setup, flows, and configuration.
  • Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with GPT-based tools and ability to customize prompts and use agent interfaces.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong documentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with creative founders and stakeholders.
