Role Overview

We're seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing efforts across paid, email, organic, and event channels.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads
  • Build targeted audiences, test creative assets, and optimize campaign performance
  • Own the digital marketing calendar and ensure timely execution of campaigns

Requirements
  • 4-6+ years' experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or growth roles
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline through targeted digital marketing campaigns
  • Deep understanding of HubSpot or other CRM/marketing automation tools
  • Strong writing skills for email, web, and social copy
  • Experience managing paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
  • Ability to manage a demanding workload and prioritize tasks effectively
