Our organisation seeks a Clinical Educator to play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality training programs across Victoria and Tasmania.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop and implement innovative training solutions, engage with medical, nursing and healthcare staff, and contribute to the growth and development of our team.

About the RoleKey Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver education and in-service training programs for new and existing customers
  • Project implementation and delivery of large-scale training programs
  • Troubleshooting clinical and product-related issues
  • Providing clinical support and delivering training to internal teams
  • Conducting market and competitor analysis, and sharing updates
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse qualifications with current Div. 1 AHPRA registration
  • Several years' acute hospital nursing experience
  • Clinical experience in ED, ICU, CCU, HDU, Peri-operative and Anaesthetics preferred
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to engage others in learning
  • Excellent time and project management skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to think on your feet and apply problem-solving skills
Additional Requirements:
  • Full working rights in Australia/NZ
  • Valid Driver's Licence
  • Ability to travel within Australia and New Zealand as required, with occasional travel overseas
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
