Job Overview
This role leads the development of strategic training programs across various business sectors. You will partner closely with all functions to ensure training content and clinical engagements are aligned with strategic priorities and backed by evidence-based clinical standards.
As a key voice in the business, you will drive alignment on training needs, content quality, and adoption. This involves ensuring communications are technically accurate, regulatory-compliant, clinically grounded, and customer-centric.
Main Responsibilities:
- Be a clinical voice across the entire commercial team, driving alignment on training needs, content quality, and adoption.
- Lead or support on the build and management of clinical training frameworks within the business.
- Tailor content and programs to support sales forces as clinical experts, providing clinical and educational tools and programs to ensure successful understanding and application of products.
- Deliver product and clinical presentations to customers and physicians to increase their knowledge base on products.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure internal and external content is evidence-based, label compliant, and approved.
- Indirectly lead team members on new assignments and coordinate required activities for their benefit.
- Deliver clinical components for strategic projects.
- Liaise with quality and regulatory teams in response to technical clinical queries and complaints for sleep and respiratory care portfolios.
- Work with product marketing to design and deliver training packages for major product launches.
- Shape and lead the company's presence at key clinical events.
- Attend associated industry events to ensure the company is always fully informed of industry changes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in a medical, nursing, or allied health discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in clinical training, education development, or medical affairs within a healthcare or med-tech environment.
- Strong understanding of evidence-based medicine, label compliance, and regulatory boundaries for clinical education.
- Wide-ranging experience using professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
- Track record in cross-functional projects and experience in managing multiple stakeholders across commercial, marketing, and medical functions.
