Academic Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly qualified academic to join our team as a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer. This role will play a vital part in strengthening Education-Focused academic capacity in Critical Care, fostering excellence in clinical education and supporting the next generation of medical professionals.

About the Role

This position involves delivering high-quality teaching, coordination, and curriculum development across various campuses and in the School of Clinical Medicine. You will contribute significantly to achieving the teaching and service missions of the School and Faculty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and training programs for students and staff
  • Coordinate and develop curricula for clinical education programs
  • Foster collaboration with academic and clinical teams to achieve educational goals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A PhD in a related discipline
  • Relevant work experience in a similar field
  • Medical qualification registerable in NSW
  • Specialist training preferably in a Critical Care field
  • Demonstrated commitment to keeping up to date with discipline knowledge and developments
  • Proven experience in teaching and learning design using a range of pedagogical approaches
