Business Insights Analyst Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret trends or patterns, preparing ongoing reports and data visualizations to effectively communicate data stories within the defined project scope.
  • Partner with various teams within the organization to proactively identify opportunities and deliver insights that enhance decision-making.
  • Develop and implement business models, forecasts, process improvements, simplifications, and automation using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SQL, Anaplan, and other tools.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Statistics, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SQL.
  • Outstanding problem-solving, numeric, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience with business modelling, forecasting, process improvement, simplification, and automation.
  • Previous experience in a Business Insight/Market Analyst Role.
  • Understanding of organizational dynamics and ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.

Desirable Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analytics and/or Financial Analysis.
  • Prior experience in rare disease, hematology, oncology.
  • Anaplan Model Builder Certified.
  • R, Python, or other programming languages.
