Job Description

This role is an opportunity to become a key member of our team, contributing to impactful projects that drive change and innovation. You will be working closely with clients across various industries, including finance, FMCG, retail, media, entertainment, and not-for-profit.

As a qualitative researcher, you will be responsible for designing and executing end-to-end qualitative fieldwork, including in-depth interviews, groups, communities, workshops, and online ethnography. Your findings will inform compelling narratives that shape client strategy and drive business growth.

You will work on a diverse range of projects, spanning brand positioning, innovation, customer experience, and U&A studies. Our clients trust us to deliver bespoke solutions that meet their unique needs, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional results.

Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in qualitative research agency environment
  • Proven expertise in fieldwork design and execution, including IDIs, groups, communities, and workshops
  • Ability to manage end-to-end projects from proposal to presentation
  • Culturally attuned and curious mind with a desire to uncover insights and drive business impact
