Job Description:

As a Motoring Dispatch Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional member service. This includes efficiently allocating roadside resources to meet service standards.

  • Allocating roadside resources efficiently to meet service standards.
  • Collaborating with resources, managers, and support teams to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Communicating effectively and influencing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Providing proactive, exceptional service during member vehicle breakdowns.
  • Ensuring workplace safety for yourself, team members, and RAC members.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintaining member relationships during vehicle breakdown experiences.
  2. Working with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements.
  3. Developing and implementing strategies to improve service delivery and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in dispatch or logistics environments.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven teamwork and adaptability skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts Monday to Sunday between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm.
