Job Role

This role reports to the Styling Manager and is responsible for managing sample kits, assisting on shoots and administration for all shoots.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the design teams to receive sample orders each month ensuring receipted samples match the order for each channel
  • Receive and cross-check all samples against the order, and follow up with the Design Assistants/Production team to ensure delivery dates of samples are adhered to
  • Enter data for tracking of samples
  • Collate marketing kits per range month for various teams and PR
  • Manage shipments to South African PR agency, including collating an excel spreadsheet for tracking and shipping
  • Assist Styling Manager with pre-styling, documentation and packing samples for shoots
  • Enter approved styling into Gallery Tool
  • Assist Styling Manager on set (still life, content, e-comm)
  • Prepare casting documents for e-comm and content shoots
  • Manage Monday deadlines for assets and assign tasks
  • General maintenance, security and presentation of sample room
  • Collate outdated marketing samples for sample sale
  • Pull sample kits for marketing activity and courier samples to shoots, track samples sent
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
