Job Overview:

The Styling Assistant plays a vital role in the management of product samples, maintaining accurate records, providing administrative and workflow support, and assisting the styling team across all styling projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly styling kits to ensure readiness for styling teams, visual merchandising, and eStore deliveries
  • Support key marketing initiatives requiring sample collection for department store/marketplace shoots
  • E-Store - Efficiently manage sample kits to guarantee timely delivery of merchandise to studio partners for pre-production and shoot day
  • Liaise with studio partners to provide accurate monthly product lists and sample barcoding
  • Assist with imagery file management and record-keeping for lookbook documentation and content preparation each month
  • Campaign & Content - Manage campaign sample kits ensuring timely delivery of merchandise and on-set availability
  • Swatch fabric document management for external retouching (where applicable)
  • Creative Styling - Assist the Styling Manager in styling services across on-body and still life photography for brand campaigns, editorials, website, eDMs, VM, and social media, presented to stakeholders each range month

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced brand environment working on shoot production and styling across stills and video
  • Process-driven and highly organized with the ability to multitask, be proactive, and show initiative and ideas
  • Thorough understanding and interest in fashion, including designer trends, blog research, overseas and local street fashion trends, and social media trends
  • Possionate about creative and styling
