Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to coordinate the movement of essential loan kits, working closely with stakeholders to maintain stock levels and support smooth logistics operations.

This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You will work independently and in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

About This Role

As a Reverse Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the movement of loan kits, coordinating returns and maintaining stock levels. You will also provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the movement of loan kits, including coordination of returns and maintenance of stock levels.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in reverse logistics or loan kit coordination (preferably in the medical or healthcare industry).

- Strong understanding of reverse logistics processes and loan kit management.

- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
