**Your Opportunity**:

- Maintain an organized inventory of product samples, including categorization by type, style, and collection/range.
- Handle hundreds of samples weekly and ensure proper care and storage, including re-carding after photography shoots and properly packing/unpacking shipments.
- Daily track and maintain records of sample progress in each stage of a product lifecycle within tools such as PIM and excel.
- Facilitate the movement of samples between various departments, ensuring timely delivery for photography, marketing, and other purposes.
- Proactively collaborate with buying teams to ensure the availability of samples and locate missing samples for product launches and promotions.
- Work closely with the CX team to address any product discrepancies or issues identified with incorrect sample images and/or copy.
- Document measurements and specifications accurately for each sample, per copy and trade guidelines, ensuring consistency.
- Provide regular updates to cross functional partners regarding sample status, and any relevant information/issues.
- Continually identify inefficiencies in workflow and provide optimal resolutionsAdditional ad-hoc tasks may be assigned per business needs to meet evolving demands and optimize our operations for efficiency and excellence.

**We are looking for the below skillset and experience**:

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task with strong prioritization skills
- Retail experience strongly preferred
- Must be able to routinely lift sample shipments up to 25lbs
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality and accuracy in all aspects of the job.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactivity and continuous improvement
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
