Job Description

The primary responsibility of a Site Manager is to oversee the day-to-day site operations on mid–high rise apartment projects. This role involves managing and coordinating trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key responsibilities include ensuring Occupational Health and Safety compliance, maintaining a safe working environment, and driving progress to meet project milestones.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on apartment projects with strong knowledge of structures and finishes in multi-residential builds.
