Job Responsibilities
Macmahon is looking for an experienced Mining Engineer to join the Boston Shaker team. This role will support the Boston Shaker project.
About the role
- Oversee all facets of engineering work, including meticulous scheduling and robust drill and blast support.
- Deliver expert technical engineering and commercial assistance to ensure seamless site operations.
- Aid site personnel in managing mining physicals and conducting thorough checks.
- Review and liaise on client schedules, equipment allocation, and project cost and revenue expectations.
- Assist in progress claim audits and prepare accurate forecasts for the project.
About you
- Bachelor's degree in mining engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years in the mining sector.
- Worked with Underground mining contractor.
- Experience working in underground mining operations preferable.
- Business improvement/project implementation experience.
- Experience with EOM claim.
- Ability to present information and reports with clarity and professionalism.
