About the Role

We're seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships with clients.

As a key member of our team, you'll engage with clients to ensure ongoing communication, work closely with colleagues to drive client success, and guide clients in maximizing the potential of their digital marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Consistently engaging with clients to ensure effective communication.
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve client goals.
  • Providing guidance on digital marketing campaigns to help clients succeed.
  • Proactively researching and resolving technical issues and queries.
  • Actively listening to client inquiries and concerns, providing accurate and prompt responses.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a customer-focused individual with a knack for handling objections effectively. Strategic thinking, creativity, and adaptability are essential qualities for this role. You should also be proactive in communication, have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and be innovative in driving positive customer outcomes.

Bonus points if you have experience with SEO, SEM, social media, or digital products
