Exciting Opportunity in Eyewear Retail
We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Optical Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing business that's changing the way people see the world.
As an Optical Assistant, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping customers find the perfect eyewear solution. You'll have the chance to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about what they do, and who are committed to providing outstanding service to our customers.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or hospitality. You'll also have a passion for creating amazing customer experiences and helping solve their eyecare and eyewear needs. If you're a team player who is enthusiastic, positive and always willing to go the extra mile, we'd love to hear from you.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our comprehensive training program. You'll learn about our products, services and systems, and you'll gain hands-on experience working with our customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and help customers find the perfect eyewear solution.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or hospitality.
- Passion for creating amazing customer experiences and helping solve their eyecare and eyewear needs.
- Enthusiasm, positivity and a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems.
