We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Optical Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing business that's changing the way people see the world.

As an Optical Assistant, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping customers find the perfect eyewear solution. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or hospitality. You'll also have a passion for creating amazing customer experiences and helping solve their eyecare and eyewear needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and help customers find the perfect eyewear solution.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or hospitality.
  • Passion for creating amazing customer experiences and helping solve their eyecare and eyewear needs.
  • Enthusiasm, positivity and a willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems.
