Job Opportunity

The Account Manager role is responsible for driving sales and technical service support for customers in a designated territory.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain strong relationships with allocated customers.
  • Collaborate with customer technical staff to monitor changes in their needs.
  • Lead and mentor technical team members.
  • Develop key customer contacts to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with customers to improve their business while considering profitability implications.
  • Provide technical advice and support on product range.
  • Ensure products meet customer satisfaction standards.
  • Conduct regular product testing, including installation and component tests.
  • Create business plans and budgets for allocated customers.
  • Promote new product development opportunities and keep customers informed about the full product range.
