About the Program

The STAR program is a 2-year part-time position that provides a competitive advantage in the job market, enhances your LinkedIn profile, and offers hands-on experience in key areas such as:

  • Effective communication
  • Customer engagement
  • Presentation skills
  • Mentorship
  • Project coordination
  • Time management

You will gain exposure to various aspects of our business through regular rotations. You will receive structured development, coaching, and mentoring, and have opportunities to interact with senior leaders.

In this role as a STAR participant, you will work on a part-time basis during the academic year with an option to work full-time over the semester break - all compensated, of course. You will earn academic credit from accredited programs at your university for your experience.
