About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Fulfillment Coordinator to join our APAC Fulfillment Team in Australia. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional customer experience for our dealer partners, enabling them to support our end customers at retail.

Our team aspires to provide an excellent service to key retailers in ANZ and across Asia Pacific, ensuring they have the right product in stock at the right time. You'll work closely with retailers such as JB Hifi, Harvey Norman, and The Good Guys to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter and release orders for our exciting new products
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand
  • Keep stakeholders informed about inbound stock to fulfill backorders
  • Provide timely updates to the commercial team on the success of our newest products preorders
  • Support customers with invoice requests and product returns
  • Collaborate with our logistics team to resolve delivery issues
Requirements
  • 1-2 years experience in customer service or fulfillment operations
  • A basic understanding of Logistics and Supply Chain principles
  • Proficiency in using Excel in a business environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on B2B scenarios
  • Experience with ticketing and order management systems (SAP, EDI, and Salesforce a plus)
  • A passion for music, technology, and sound
  • Decisive, service-minded, action-oriented, and empathetic in nature
  • A strong team player with a Sonos-first mindset, committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences
