We currently have an opportunity for an Application Infrastructure Specialist. Join our Business Technology team and play a key role in delivering secure, scalable, and high-performing application infrastructure that supports critical business operations. Reporting to the ICT Infrastructure Manager / IT Portfolio Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
What You'll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
- Analyse, design, build, and support application infrastructure using Microsoft Azure, Windows, and SQL Server technologies.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions aligned with project priorities.
- Monitor and optimise performance of databases and applications, ensuring compliance with IT policies.
- Manage operational technology systems and underlying server infrastructure.
Ensure accurate documentation, training, and change management processes are maintained.
What You'll Bring
- Proven capability in Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, and SQL Server technologies.
- Strong understanding of VMware and Hyper-V virtualisation platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver secure and scalable technology solutions in complex environments.
- Proficiency in cryptography, PowerShell scripting, and system integration.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
