We're seeking an exceptional Product Owner to join our dynamic team at ING Australia and embark on our digital transformation journey.


As a Customer Journey Expert, you'll represent the voice of the customer, driving the development and execution of complex change initiatives in our Agile delivery environment.


Key responsibilities include assisting in the development and lifecycle of initiatives, managing and resolving incidents, and participating in Tribe, Chapter, and Squad meetings.


Requirements include experience in Financial Services or consultancy, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) qualification, and KYC delivery experience in a Banking environment.


As a Product Owner, you'll be expected to communicate effectively with stakeholders, think critically, influence, and solve problems to deliver initiatives while understanding upstream and downstream processes.


This is a 12-month fixed-term contract that can be based in Sydney or Wyong. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, a hunger for working in a fast-paced Agile environment, and a creative, out-of-the-box thinking personality.
