The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with chefs and front-of-house staff to provide seamless service, rotate between weekday and weekend shifts, and participate in ongoing training and menu knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide guests confidently through menus and wine offerings
  • Deliver warm, professional service and build genuine rapport with guests
  • Work collaboratively with chefs and front-of-house staff for seamless service
  • Maintain high standards of presentation and attention to detail
  • Anticipate guest needs and handle special requests or celebrations with care
  • Manage a busy section calmly during peak service
