About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and talented chef who wants to join a team that prioritizes diversity and inclusion in a professional and fun working environment.

As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for supervising the assigned station/section of the outlet kitchen, preparing a consistent, high-quality product, and ensuring courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service that supports the outlet's operating concept of classic dishes with a contemporary twist.

Some of the responsibilities include:

  • Assist in food preparation, cooking, and presentation of food items, following hotel's recipes and standards.
  • Take responsibility for your specific section of the kitchen, managing daily operations and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Contribute to the creation and development of new dishes and menus, bringing innovative ideas and suggestions to the culinary team.

Qualifications

A successful candidate will have:

  • Recent experience in à la carte dining, preferably in hotels or fine dining.
  • Strong culinary skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for food.
  • Demonstrated in-depth skills and knowledge of kitchen operations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards.
  • A true desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast-paced customer service environment.
