That's why Crowne Plaza Canberra is looking for a Part-time Food and Beverage Attendant to grow a great team, delivering unforgettable experiences through warm welcomes, inspired recommendations, and seamless service across our Restaurant, Lume Bar, and Conferencing.

A little taste of your day-to-day

  • Understanding the menu and promotional activities
  • Handling cash and credit transactions
  • Setting up and packing down functions and events
  • Following through on guest inquiries and restaurant reservations professionally
  • Preparing and serving food & drinks to a high standard, highlighting promotions for guests
  • Collaborating with our Events team and Kitchen to provide seamless service across Food & Beverage offerings

What we need from you:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail to create amazing guest service moments
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
  • Ability to work in a team and fast-paced environment, prioritize workloads, and support team duties as required
  • Excellent personal grooming and hygiene standards
  • Motivation to impact your team and guests positively; staying energized and motivated
  • A passion for food & beverage
  • A current RSA certificate
  • Legal right to work in Australia; if applying from outside Australia, please specify your visa status
