Job Title

Principal Operational Technology Cybersecurity Specialist is a highly specialized role that requires exceptional leadership and technical skills to lead projects for Operational Technology and Cyber Security clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, operational technology, and project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and undertake projects within the OT and Cyber Security market for critical infrastructure projects.
  • Develop and maintain ongoing technical competency and professional development, contributing to quality assurance activities.
  • Act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues, facilitating their professional growth and development.
  • Establish and utilize relationships with clients to identify and win upcoming work opportunities.
  • Serve as a Senior QC reviewer for projects across the company, providing expert review and feedback in your nominated area of expertise.
  • Identify, communicate, and manage project risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle, taking proactive measures to mitigate these risks.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Robust knowledge of Operational Technology and Cyber Security standards and design arrangements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with teams and clients.
