Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the national roadmap for OT & Cybersecurity aligned with company strategy and market trends.
  • Owning financial performance, driving profitability, and managing risk.
  • Building trusted relationships, supporting technical solution design, and representing the company at industry forums.
  • Mentoring multidisciplinary teams across engineering, cybersecurity, and project delivery.
  • Identifying emerging technologies and trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Championing cybersecurity frameworks and ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  • Fostering a workplace culture built on accountability, care, and innovation.

Experience in leading OT, industrial automation, or cybersecurity with strong leadership skills is essential. We're seeking a visionary leader who can thrive in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, or related disciplines.
  • 10+ years' experience in leading OT, industrial automation, or cybersecurity.
  • Proven senior leadership experience in complex environments.
  • Strong financial acumen with P&L ownership and risk mitigation expertise.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
  • C Class Driver's Licence.
