Operations Management Executive

A successful dealership is seeking a seasoned Operations Management Executive to lead its Service and Parts Departments.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in service and parts operations, and in-depth knowledge of the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and manage the Service and Parts Departments to achieve optimal performance and efficiency.
- Provide strategic guidance on financial management, personnel development, and organizational structure for both departments.
- Prior experience as a dealership Service Manager or similar role is highly valued.
- Proven track record of success in service and parts operations is essential.
A competitive salary up to $140k (negotiable), superannuation, commission-based remuneration tied to department performance, and a company vehicle are offered.
