Executive Operations Manager - Engineering

The role of Executive Operations Manager - Engineering involves overseeing the Maintenance and Engineering functions. It ensures the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of guests while safeguarding the owner's investment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional advisory and support services to the Director of Engineering.
  • Develop and execute preventative maintenance strategies throughout the hotel.
  • Manage and control the Maintenance Request System efficiently.
  • Delegate general repairs and maintenance tasks within the engineering team or to external contractors as required.
  • Drive resource management improvements and promote conservation practices.
  • Ensure effective and hygienic waste removal from hotel areas.
Requirements:
  • Qualified engineer with experience in similar roles.
  • Proven track record as Chief Engineer/Facilities Manager or equivalent position.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems.
  • Awareness of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Experience in property management.
