About Us

Hauz Management is a fast-growing short-term rental and Airbnb management company on the Gold Coast. We deliver 5-star guest experiences and high returns for property owners – and we're looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to join our team.

The Role

This is a hybrid starting position combining management and operations. You'll be supervising cleaners, maintaining stock and storage, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring properties are guest-ready. At the beginning, you'll also clean a small number of properties yourself. As Hauz grows, your role will shift fully into management with higher pay and responsibilities.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise, hire, and manage cleaners
  • Step in for approx. 5 cleans/week (approx 10h/week)
  • Oversee property supplies & company storage
  • Inspect properties to maintain 5-star standards
  • Report & coordinate maintenance with contractors
  • Support excellent guest & owner experience

What You'll Need

  • Experience in hospitality, Airbnb, holiday rentals, cleaning and/or property management
  • Strong organisational & leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
  • A car and a valid driver's licence (essential)
  • Full working rights in Australia (Visa sponsorship available after 6–12 months for the right candidate)
  • Fluency in English plus one or more of these languages is highly desirable: Portuguese, Spanish or Chinese
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality, property management, or operations
