Job Title: Leadership and Management Program Advisor

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering a program that meets the needs of our stakeholders. This role requires collaboration with key partners to ensure content is relevant and current.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing a curriculum that aligns with business objectives.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure content relevance and currency.
  • Creating and maintaining learning programs within our platform, including setting up events and sessions, communication to attendees, and tracking of registration and attendance.
  • Delivering interactive, learner-centered sessions for individuals or groups.
  • Applying adult learning principles and evidence-based facilitation techniques to maximize engagement and retention.
  • Tracking and analysing key metrics related to student progress, workshop attendance, and compliance.
  • Providing regular reports and insights to senior leaders to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Early Education and Care or equivalent experience.
  • Vocational qualification in training and assessment or equivalent experience.
  • Vocational or tertiary qualification in process mapping or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in capability development, project management, and stakeholder engagement within corporate or education sectors.
