THE OPPORTUNITY
In a nurturing environment, you will be instrumental in facilitating both virtual and in-person teaching and learning experiences within TAFE NSW Connected Learning Centres (CLC). Your exceptional customer service skills and proactive approach will be essential in aiding our students and ensuring the smooth operation of the CLC. With strong time management and problem-solving abilities, you will adeptly handle daily priorities.
ABOUT YOU
In this supportive role, you will be key in promoting effective teaching and learning at TAFE NSW Connected Learning Centres (CLC). Your high level of customer service and adaptable mindset will be crucial in assisting students and maintaining the CLC's operations. You will possess excellent time management and problem-solving skills to navigate daily challenges effectively.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Certificate IV in a relevant field or equivalent skills, knowledge, and experience.
2. Willingness to work occasional shifts, including evenings or weekends, based on course scheduling.
HIGHLY REGARDED
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in supporting students.
• Strong and adaptable communication skills.
• Ability to adjust quickly to changes.
• Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
