About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Connected Learning Centre Support Officer. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the effective delivery of virtual and face-to-face teaching and learning within our Connected Learning Centres.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to manage daily competing priorities. You will also need to be flexible and able to adapt to change quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the effective delivery of teaching and learning within our Connected Learning Centres
  • Provide high-level customer service to students and staff
  • Manage daily competing priorities and adapt to change quickly
  • Work occasional shifts, including evenings and weekends, according to course timetabling and scheduling

Essential Requirements

  • Certificate IV in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills and experience
  • Ability and willingness to work occasional shifts, including evenings and weekends

Desirable Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience supporting students
  • Effective and flexible communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to change quickly
