Role Overview

We are seeking an expert in customer engagement to join our team as a Lead Solutions Consultant.

This role will focus on supporting the Enterprise sales team by understanding complex customer business problems and requirements, and translating them into solutions using our platform.

The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering software demonstrations and have a strong understanding of SaaS solutions and concepts.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Understanding intricate customer business problems and developing effective solutions.
  • Mapping customer problems and systems to our solutions.
  • Establishing confidence in recommendations through product expertise and custom product demonstrations.
  • Partnering with sales to deliver on revenue plans.

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in a mid-market or enterprise-level pre-sales role selling SaaS solutions and concepts.

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant work experience.
