Customer Engagement Expert

We are seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Management professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving customer engagement, retention, and loyalty through targeted campaigns and lifecycle strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute CRM campaigns across multiple channels using Emarsys or similar platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set up automated lifecycle journeys and customer segmentation strategies.
  • Work closely with creative and digital teams to deliver timely asset delivery and optimize campaign performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to refine campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and campaign reports to support data-driven decision making.
  • Support the development and execution of loyalty program communications, promotions, and member engagement tracking.
Requirements:
  • 2–3+ years of experience in CRM and email marketing.
  • Hands-on experience building emails and setting up automation workflows using Emarsys or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing principles.
  • Excellent analytical, detail-oriented, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team.
