About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Associate to join our team at DXC Technology Inc. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading technology company and contribute to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project governance frameworks to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Provide project management support to senior project managers and project directors.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Conduct project status reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Provide training and support to project team members on project management best practices.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in project management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
