We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Associate Manager to join our team at DXC Technology Inc. This is a key role that will provide integrated client-facing performance management reporting for small programs or accounts, or sections of larger programs or accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Governance and Control
    • Create governance metrics for small programs or accounts or sections of larger programs or accounts.
    • Assist in coordinating governance meetings and ensure and validate that meetings occur.
  • Project Financial Management
    • Review and analyze the use of account processes.
    • Execute the account management and project management processes.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Consolidate and analyze metrics for governance, processes, and account reviews; recommend service improvements across the accounts.
  • Project Lifecycle Management
    • Perform project lifecycle management. Initiate projects, monitor and control, and close according to DXC standards.
  • Project Milestone Management
    • Engage in project milestone management and related financial activities around billing, change control, and forecasting.
  • Project Financial Reviews
    • Perform basic project financial reviews. Creating forums for reviews and tracking of project financial issues.
  • Client-Facing Reporting
    • Examine client-facing account-level reports for accuracy. Recommend adjustments and make changes as approved by account program management.
  • Process Development
    • Develops account customer satisfaction survey questions and communication plans; analyzes and summarizes results for account improvements.
  • Training and Development
    • Develops training materials on processes, tools, and reporting for clients and the company.
Requirements
  • At least 6 years of experience in PMO / business management or related field.
  • Experience working with account management systems and project management tooling.
  • Experience implementing processes.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a complex environment.
